This is how we say in Thailand for Hello!! 

 

  Maitree Yakasam is my full Thai name but everyone calls me “MICKEY”. I’ve been working as a tour guide for over 9 years since I graduated in 2011. I’m now living in a small city located in the east of Bangkok calls Chachoengsao(Pad-Riew). 

 

  My experiences started, when I was 15 years old, having passionate to be the most famous tour guide of Thailand. Luckily! there was a Junior tour guide training at my school. I've joined the training and it was my first time as a tour guide!!

 

  In University, I was studying in Tourism. I was a representative to look after international exchange students. I didn't only show them around university but also guided and traveled throughout the country as a friend. 

 

  After I graduated I've worked for many travel companies. I'vd worked on various types of tours. For example, walking tour in Bangkok. local boat trip in Khaosok Nation park, custom or private tour, family trip, volunteering, youth travel, backpacking group, and so on...  then now I’m working full time as a freelance tour guide.

 

  About my personality, I like talking to people. I am always happy to show everyone my Thai culture. I love giving local knowledge, information, history, travel idea, and sometimes jokes. My happiness is seeing everyone smile and having the best time with the amazing memories of Thailand.
